Living in Wellness—Care for Caregivers Programs offer self-care principles, as well as Capacitar skills for use with others in the following areas:

• Caregivers and Compassion Fatigue (Secondary Trauma)
• Caregivers and people dealing with Stress
• Caregivers, families and people dealing with Mental Health issues
