Capacitar is currently developing the following manuals to provide materials to grassroots people and professionals. The content of the manuals includes: basic wellness theory and background appropriate for the theme of the manual, Capacitar practices for use by individuals and groups; photos of grassroots people demonstrating practices; methods for presenting practices to groups or individuals.
