Capacitar Manuals |
Capacitar publishes manuals and workshop resources in English, Spanish and other languages. Our manuals and materials reflect years of experience and use with grassroots people in different countries and include their stories, suggestions and reflections. We use a popular education approach along with photos and graphics to make the materials easily accessible.
Capacitar practices used most frequently can be downloaded from this section. Some of our manuals will be available in PDF format for downloading and purchase from the website.

Capacitar Emergency Response Kits
The Emergency Kit was Capacitar's response to the trauma of Hurricane Katrina.
The kit includes simple basic practices taught by Capacitar to empower people to deal with the stress of challenging situations. Practices include: Tai Chi, Fingerholds, EFT,
The Holds, Head Neck Shoulder Release, and Acupressure points for stress, crisis
and depression.
